- Eligibility Criteria: As per Rule 3(12)(b) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, candidates must have:
- Served as a Judge of a High Court; or
- Held the position of District Judge or Additional District Judge for a combined period of ten years; or
- Possessed at least 25 years of professional experience in fields such as economics, business, commerce, law, finance, accountancy, management, industry, public affairs, or administration.
- Selection Process: A Search-Cum-Selection Committee will evaluate applications based on qualifications, experience, and personal interaction.
- Additional Submission: Government officers and officials from PSUs or autonomous bodies must submit a signed copy of their online application through proper channels to the Under Secretary (CPU), Department of Consumer Affairs, Room No. 466-A, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi, by April 23, 2025.
