Very unprofessional in their work and also do not demonstrate any soft skills in their interactions. Apparently, once the work is partially done , they do not respond to calls. Infact , the CEO spoke to me rudely stating that Iam not the only Client for them. The legal notice that I paid for through their firm did not reach the Sender at all. Tracking on the post office website shows “ letter kept in deposit” since last 6 days. When I called the post office toll free number, they told me that the document is kept on Hold and someone needs to go and check in the post office. Even after sending their office 2 emails with respect to the situation, I did not get any reply.
Unfortunately, a loss of my hard-earned money.
In response to your reply, I would like to state that I have spoken the facts and not given a false review. Since the legal notice is dated 5th September, it should have reached within the stipulated period in Nerul. Definitely, your office has to check with the postal office because it is sent from your end. You cannot absolve yourself of the responsibility. At the very outset, You should have stated in explicit terms that once you have received the money and if there is any problem with the document in transit , Your response is zero. For me , it a loss of my money because the legal notice has not reached the Sender.
Owner's reply Dear madam i m afraid to say the notice was made and proof was given . please undertsand we as a company cant go to postal dept and ask why it is kept on hold .govt dept works according to thier system.please dont give wrong reviews and damage our reputation.

Very Unhappy with the service. Without collecting the documents they took the legal action. Because of their mistake we lost the case. Highly unprofessional approach.
