The FSSAI license must be renewed before the expiry of the validity period, otherwise, please apply for a new license.
If the food license is not renewed on time, you will have to pay a fine
If lincense holder refuses to apply for renewal of FSSAI food license within the stipulated period, a penalty of Rs 100 will be imposed. For each day of delay, 100 rupees will be fined. If a food license is not renewed within the specified period, the license will be deemed to have expired.
