The Centre for International Corporate and Commercial Laws (CICCL) at Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has announced a call for blog submissions. This initiative invites well-researched articles, opinions, case comments, and short remarks on topics related to international corporate and commercial laws. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

Submission Guidelines

• Word Count: 1,300–1,500 words
• Formatting: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing
• File Format: .doc or .docx only
• Title Length: Under 140 characters
• Co-authorship: Allowed up to two authors
• Plagiarism Limit: Maximum 15%
• Citation Style: 4th OSCOLA or SILC footnotes, or hyperlinks to authoritative sources

Submissions are welcome on topics including, but not limited to:

• Arbitration
• Banking
• Capital Markets and Securities Law
• Company Law
• Contract Law
• Insolvency Law
• Intellectual Property Rights
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Taxation Law
• Trade Law
• Any other field related to Commercial Law

The call is open to students, practitioners, researchers, academicians, policymakers, and other stakeholders in the legal field.
