In a significant move aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusivity within India’s judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of seven High Court judges across various states. Notably, four of these judges are currently serving in the Karnataka High Court.
Judges Recommended for Transfer
The Collegium’s recommendations are as follows:
- Justice Hemant Chandangoudar – From Karnataka High Court to Madras High Court.
- Justice Krishnan Natarajan – From Karnataka High Court to Kerala High Court.
